Medtronic (one of the companies who make neuro stimulators) has an interesting program called Pain Ambassadors. A volunteer will contact you and discuss their experience with the stimulator. I never contacted them since I had not heard of it until after my surgery. I believe it's a valuable opportunity if you are considering an ONS. When I get everything working right again, I think I will become a volunteer to help people make the decision.
